Field
Research Project The Arizona State Defense Foundation is now accepting applications for Field Researcher positions. These will be all-volunteer positions. There will be no pay, no benefits, and little support that we can offer at this time. Volunteer Field Researchers must provide their own equipment, transportation, and support items. All we can offer at the moment are the rewards of personal satisfaction and accomplishment that will be achieved by bringing back the raw field information that will be used to create a more accurate and complete Intelligence portrait of our southern border's security situation. Field Researchers will travel to various parts of our southern border counties, looking for evidence of the ongoing cross-border insurgency. Field Researchers must have prior Tactical Ground Operations training and experience, preferably from past military and Law Enforcement service. Applicants must be in top physical condition, and familiar with the rigors of Scouting operations. Preference will be given to applicants with SPECOPS backgrounds. Information gathered by our Field Researchers will be collated and analyzed by Intelligence professionals, and offered to Arizona's elected Legislators for consideration. Additional skills that would benefit this project would be experience with video and still photography, editing, Amateur Radio operation, Emergency Medical skills, Public Affairs and Private/Public Liaison Operations. We are also looking for Base Security volunteers. If you are qualified, willing, and able, please contact us by signing up for an account at www.hushmail.com , and then using your new Hushmail account to contact our Field Research Project Leader at azsg_jack@hushmail.com .
Serving our Communities, Informing the People The king of the Goths, who no longer dissembled his appetite for plunder and revenge, appeared in arms under the walls of the capital; and the trembling senate, without any hopes of relief, prepared by a desperate resistance to delay the ruin of their country. But they were unable to guard against the secret conspiracy of their slaves and domestics, who either from birth or interest were attached to the cause of the enemy. At the hour of midnight the Salarian gate was silently opened, and the inhabitants were awakened by the tremendous sound of the Gothic trumpet. Eleven hundred and sixty-three years after the foundation of Rome, the Imperial city, which had subdued and civilised so considerable a part of mankind, was delivered to the licentious fury of the tribes of Germany and Scythia.
